If you receive suspicious phone calls or messages, please stay alert and do not follow instructions from unknown sources. For verification, contact Ti Magical Fresh immediately, or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline operated by the National Police Agency.
Be cautious when receiving calls from numbers beginning with “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or other unfamiliar prefixes. Scammers may spoof phone numbers or impersonate companies, banks, or government agencies.
Do not click on unknown links or accept friend requests from unfamiliar LINE accounts or messages.
Common fraud tactics include “duplicate orders” or “misleading installment requests” to gain consumer trust, then asking you to perform online banking or ATM operations. If the issue involves your bank account, contact your bank directly. Never follow instructions from unknown callers requesting account operations or personal information.
